A bit of a late reply but I Just Recently updated my bios so I thought I would give overclocking this ram another try:

I got the ram up to 1846 mhz (7-8-7-24-1T) (from 1600mhz) and it is stable (ran prime95 for 9+ hours )
      230fsb
      x17 multiplier
      cpu 1.4v

I have ran into another snag though,
My CPU and northbridge temps seem very high:
CPU Idles at around 46 C and northbridge idles at around 56 C
At full load my cpu temp reaches 73 C and northbridge reaches 70 C

Even at stock speeds temps were very similar
My case has pretty bad air flow (So does my bedroom )

Do you think these temps could be preventing me from overclocking the northbridge successfully to get the ram up to 2000mhz

      Thanks again for any help

        Sam3,

Yep, keep looking at the BIOS updates. ASUS is working hard to iron out some things to make it more automatic to support high frequencies.

Make sure to manually set all voltages, in case the motherboard is over volting too much.

        Thank you
