F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO on H55 and H57 Motherboards

Will this set of ram work correctly on motherboards with the H55 and H57 Express chip sets?

More specific I'm considering a Core i3 540 with eather a Gigabyte or MSI board.

If they will only work with some of the board, could you maybe list the ones they work with.
