Hi,
I have this memory and mobo with:
- AMD Phenom II 965 BE
- Zalman CNPS 9700NT CPU Cooler
- Zalman ZM750HP 750W PSU
- XFX HD Radeon 5870 BE
- Intel SSD XM25 Postville 80GB
- Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium
- mobo BIOS version 2304

I run this setup succesfully and stable with following BIOS settings. Prime95 and LinX are my stress testers, by running them successively succesfully for a few hours.

CPU clock 17x
HT Link speed 200MHz
PCIe speed 100MHz
DRAM speed 1333MHz
DRAM Timings 7-7-7-21
CAS Latency 1T
DRAM Voltage 1.5V

All other settings AUTO!!

As soon as I have some OCing results, I'll post them too. I've read that these DDR3 1333MHz sticks can easily do 1600MHz at stock settings, here.
