  • Memory Timings for F3-10600CL9D w/BSOD

    Hello,

I'm having multiple random BSOD's all pointing to memory management. I have run memtest+86, and other diagnostics for longer than recommended with no problems reported.

I have an ASUS M4A78T-E motherboard and 2x2GB sticks of F3-10600CL9D. The part number for my RAM on Newegg is F3-10600CL9D-4GBPK, G.SKILL RAM is on my mobo's QVL with F3-10600CL9D-2GBPK, I thought this memory would work fine since the difference was just 2x1GB versus 2x2GB.

    My question:
is the F3-10600CL9D-4GBPK compatible with the ASUS M4A78T-E? or do I need different RAM?

Can someone tell me all of the proper settings in the BIOS for my RAM? It is currently not correct, BIOS is set to all auto and the timings are not the recommended 9-9-9-24.
I have already dropped the freq to 1067 instead of the rated 1333, should I put it back to 1333? I also have already set the RAM voltage to the recommended 1.5v, should I leave that or should it be different also?

    So all specs:
    M4A78T-E motherboard
    F3-10600CL9D-4GBPK DDR3 1333 2x2GB sticks
    AMD Phenom II x2 545 Callisto 3.0Ghz

    Thanks for any help!
