F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH with a, Asus P5QC?

I'm getting a Asus P5QC (P45 chipset) very soon, and I'm looking for a 2x2Go DDR3 10600 kit compatible with this mobo

I came across the Ripjaws F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL :

according to the Qualified Motherboards List, this kit is compatible with the P5QC

thing is, I found another Ripjaws kit that's got better timings, and I can have it for less than 3€ more than the other one :

problem is, it is not said to be compatible with the P5QC...and I'm not willing to take risks, since both the P5QC and the memory kit are supposed to be part of a birthday gift

so I would really appreciate if someone could tell me whether this kit is or is not compatible with the P5QC
