Can't get F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL to work on Intel DX58SO

I have the Intel DX and I want to get this memory to work in there. I have two packs of the F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL memory and want to use at least 3 of the sticks.

What do I need to do to get this memory to work in this mobo? The system won't boot up at all, and was working fine prior to this. Do I need to change voltage? Timing?

Can I use 3 of the sticks without issue?
