I'm just wondering if this memory is compatible with my motherboard and processor.
AMD Athlon II X4 630 Propus Quad-Core 2.8GHz Socket AM3 95W Processor.
ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO AM3 AMD 785G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard
F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH (2X2GB)
I'm using the 2 slots closest to the processor. The slots are both black.
When I insert the RAM my system won't post.
I'm familiar with changing the settings in BIOS (voltage and timings). However in this particular BIOS I don't see anything where I can adjust the voltage or timings.
Perhaps the memory is just not compatible with this mobo?
Please advise.
