Try a single DIMM in A_2 and then in B_2. Have you set your BIOS for XMP? You may have to manually set your RAM volts and timings.
    I'm sorry Dave, I can't do that.

Check and see that you have the latest BIOS, many are still (even today) behind on getting their BIOSs up to snuff for 32GB and larger sets (some even on 16). If you have the latest BIOS post your system voltages and DRAM settings, particularly the advanced/secondary timings

If possible the settings as in the BIOS, with system voltages i.e. vCore, PLL, DRAM, VTT voltages, and then both the base timings and advanced/secondary timings, sorry but screen shots of CPU=z and AI tuner don't show much....if you have a flash drive, insert it and boot into BIOS, then for each screen you want a screenshot of hit the F12 key and it should save the image to the flash drive.

Try with all sticks and vccio at 1.2 and VCCSA at 1.2, just to see what happens and let me know

Well gave it a shot system runs smoother but still no luck with the ram it still stops at error 55 and the DIMM led stays lit. everything works great using the B-1/B-2 slots only. So after 6 careful hours of installation running cables in getting everything just the way I like it looks like I will be sending it RMA back to newegg want the same board but really worried ill have the same prob. Any recommendation on 32gb ram setup in this board???? or should this ram work ? all 4 stick work fine in the B-slots...\

                Thanks ALOT

Agree, think you may have bad slots, the DRAM should be fine and the CPU can definately carry that set and on up with no problem....let us know when you get your new mobo

Put together carefully and watch for items that may have caused a short or other problem, if you haven't already might look to my info thread here for help:
