5-5-5-52? sticks are 5-5-5-15, and timings should be set in BIOS to ensure they stay locked under manual

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

opps 5-5-5-15-52 2T I've overclocked with set fsb and for some reason it bumped up the timings which i beilieve makes the ram performance worse. I don't have any options in my bios to change timings but I can decrease to 667 or run 800mhz or increase my voltages.. I was trying to get my p4 socket 478 up to 1066fsb but i kept failing above 3.6 ghz no heat issues 41 max.... but in doing so I increased my voltages for stabiliy and i think changing the voltage on my ram from 1.8 to 2.1 tricked the bios into thinking the ram is running 1066 as the bios states p4 4ghz 1066 fsb but its lying. Then I did some ram ivestigation and I should be able to set this perticilar ram to something like 4-4-4-10 I will have to use memset to configure and it has a lot of options and i'm not familure with the program
