Cant Run Ram Stable in new Board

My 123-YW-E175-A1 will not run my 8GBs of G.SKILL F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK. i have adjusted the voltage to 2.1V,5-5-5-15, and 1066MHz. when windows is loading it will just freeze. I can only get it to run stable at Auto Settings which default it to 800MHz. Memtest passed 3 Passes on all 8GBs of Ram and this ram did run at 1066MHz on my old Asus Board. Any Thoughts? Thank You

Did you try to only install one pair of them? since we only guarantee for dual channel with 2 stick, not 4 sticks
not every 2 pairs could match to run together without problem
you could try to increase NV SPP voltage to 1.4-1.5v to make it more stable with 4 sticks
but we can't be sure if it works
