F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK wont work ganged?

hi, any ideas why unstable in ganged mode @ stock speeds? (F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK) tried upping votage to 2.1 + 0.2 increase to north bridge as i see you've advised others to. in unganged mode the ram is v. stable as long as not o/c'ing it! any suggestions? ta, rich.

actually, "unganged mode" is faster than "ganged mode"
