I have an Asus P5QC board and memories GSkill F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK, Intel E5200 processor.
When installing the memory does not appear in 1066, but only up to 800MHz.
It's normal? Certainly not.
What I had to do was the following, to increase the FSB of the processor and multiply it by 9.5, that would be normal 12.5. Thus already appears in 1067. The question is this: I have to do this compulsory?
Another thing, Windows Vista 64, both on Everest and the PC Wizard, appears as PC2-6400 (800), this is normal. Thanks, and hope for help.
