leonite mobo suggested ram

Hello,
I am upgrading an hp pavillion a6113 with an e6700 processor and wish to also upgrade the ram to 4 gb of ddr2 pc5300 (667 hz)
It is a leonite motherboard, intel 945g chipset.
Any recommendations would be truly appreciated.

Before I waste $ and time on ram that is not compatible.
Some guidence would be greatly appreciated.
