Abit IP35 PRO

I have G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory (Model F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ) that I bought from Newegg in 8/9/2008. They worked fine until last week. CPU is an Intel e6700.
Logic Board is an Abit IP35 PRO would not POST. The error code on the POST diagnostics display indicates a RAM error.
I have replaced the RAM with Patriot PDC21G8500ELK (DDR2-1066/PC2-8500) memory kit and it works fine.
I would like to use the F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ in this board though, may I ask for some help with these?
