Please can you help me to adjusting values?
I do not know where to start...

It is trial and error testing to see what is most stable, or if the system is capable.

What voltage do I go up? DRAM voltage and NB voltage at the same time or one of them only? Where do I start? I know this is trial and error, but give me a pattern to follow or a reference. That's what I'm asking from the beginning. At 1066 I have managed to make it stable, now only the stable is 1100.

You should have a base value at DDR2-1066, then scale up from there to see adding more can improve stability. Try one Voltage at a time, then potentially both depending on results. Should not require much more than +0.1V for a jump from 1066 to 1100.
