Asus P5QPL-VM and F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK

Hi,

I wondered what is the best configuration for F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK on Asus P5QPL-VM motherboard, Core2Duo 7400.

I'd also appreciate if you can show me the way to reach these figures, and recommendations for good tutorials on memory configuration and overclocking are welcome.

Start with just manually setting the timings and voltage to the RAM's stock sttings with command rate at 2T, then, if that works OK you can go from there. As far as tutorials, there are numerous ones out there, all depends on how in depth you want to get.

The memory stick comes with 4 numbers which stand for CL, RCD, RP, RAS.
However, when trying to change the memory settings manually, one is required to specify more values for: WR, RFC, WTR,RRD,RTP,RD.
How am I supposed to set them ?

You can leave those on AUTO, but if you would like to set them...

tWR 8, tRFC 60, tWTR 4 - tRRD 4 - tRTP 4 - tRD 4
