Dell 4600

I'm looking to increase the RAM on a Dell 4600 I am using.
Support/Dell.com lists the processor as '80532, 2.4 GHz, 512K 533, SKN, D1'
& the memory as 'DIMM, 128, 333m, 16x64, 8K, 184'
It doesn't list the MB (that I can see)

Please verify if GSkill 'F1 3200PHU2-2GBNT' is the proper chip(s) to order -
