Do you have the latest BIOS? Did you try one module at a time to see if each is the same result? Each should be capable of XMP.

Hello, yes, I have put Bios news news. I have tried many times to try one club each slots A1 B1 C1 D1 it does not work detect memory, another try change A1 B1 C2 D2 this works at 4000 mhz is it well configured or not?

stick A1 B1 C1 D1 if it works reducing 3800 mhz if it works, it cannot be, QVL G.Skill regulation of 4000 mhz. https://www.gskill.com/qvl/165/166/1...8Q-128GTZR-Qvl

If not, you have a problem with the 4000, return to the store.

      Thanks

Check CPU VCCSA System Agent Voltage at DDR4-3800, then manually set it higher to see if you can stabilize DDR4-4000. If DDR4-3800 works fine, it is likey a CPU internal memory controller limitation.

try to look att va/SA volt it should probably be around 1.3 to a 1.35v on both

try without xmp but still set them 4000MHZ xmp is not always good, sometimes it gives poor performance

i have spent 5 weeks playing with sub timing, and fetching over 25% begging benefit out of my mem, an xmp would give me

There can be a big difference in how motherboards / bios behave, and a good start is to update the bios to the latest bios
