Hey, I have the same problem and have similar if not the same exact settings on sabertooth z77 board. Same exact ram model 32gb. I used the xmp settings that came with the board after flashing the bios with that memory stick .cap update. Can only get 667mhz performance in 3dmark out of them, really want to see 1866 speeds if you can help me find the right timings. I did what this guy did and set most of my stuff to automatic, and upped the vccsa

        Edubz9,

Where are you looking? Go back into BIOS to see if the RAM is set to DDR3-1866.

If it is, that should be what it is operating at.

Download a program like CPU-Z, and you can check live operating frequency of RAM.

        Thank you

          the timings should be

Spd tab doesnt mean anything, whatever the memory tab says is what it is doing, download sisandra or some other benchmark program, run a memory bandwidth test, score top 5% and be happy , on a side not i suspect you can inmprove things through timings, i bought 1600mhz memory, and have it running at 1866 with better timings than yours currently is. I suspect you could try something like 9-10-10-28 pretty easily

Or Emissary could just show you exactly what you asked, that works too ... by the way... HOLY CRAP at those timings! Are those your normal everyday settings? or just something you got to boot?

hey thanks guys, guess they're working right afterall. the thing that confuses me the most is why 3dmark11 demo was showing them at 667

Those were my 24/7 settings back then. Nowadays i am usually going for DDR3-2400+.

However those Flares are one of G.SKILLs better PSC Bins, so it is not that surprising they can do these timings at DDR3-2133 =)

@Edubz9: I would not care much for whatever 3dmark11 reports. Maybe you are using an outdated Futuremark System Information library?
