F4-4000C17D-16GTZR data for DRAM Calculator

Hi there,
Where can I get the data I need to fill DRAM Calculator's fields?
I've obviously used Typhoon but need to know if RAM are Samsung B-Die for sure and if they are single or dual rank.
Is there a software that can help me?

If you used Thaiphoon Burner to check the SPD, then you should already know the IC type and number of ranks. Upload the screenshot from the output if you need help with the data.

However even without checking them, they are pretty much guaranteed to be single rank Samsung 8Gbit B-Die from their specs alone.
