System does not start when I try to run with XMP profile

Hello, need your help. I recently purchased a kit.
Ripjaws V DDR4-3200MHz CL16-18-18-38 1.35V 32GB (2x16GB) (Samsung B-Die) F4-3200C16S-16GVK

For this configuration
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X (Golden Sample)
be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V1 (Latest Bios)
Ripjaws V DDR4-3200MHz CL16-18-18-38 1.35V 32GB (2x16GB)
GIGABYTE GP-G750H
The system is fresh without any overclocking. System does not start when I try to run with XMP profile 3200. Is there any way to overclock it manually or no point even try?

Are you using slots two and four away from the CPU? Have you tried a lower DRAM Frequency to see what can work? Or one module at a time to see if a single module can reach it? The results should provide more insight to what is going on.
