Can this RAM raise power above 1,400 volts and try to change the timings or raise the frequency? Do you have RAM modules where the voltage is 1.500. Is it possible for me to set such a voltage ?
4400 work perfectly, I want something more.

Yes, you can surely attempt it and see what it can do. All of the adjustments you mentioned can affect results, so you can test what will work. This RAM can handle 1.50V, just make sure to scale up accordingly.

      1) Are there any formulas for selecting the timing of the RAM to its frequency?
      2) 1.5 volts can be set 24/7 or only for a couple of hours?

Can work 24/7 at 1.5V but this memory can handle high clock and quite tight timings at lower voltage so there is no need to set 1.5V for daily work.
