Hi @ all,
i was bored of my Gigabyte Z370 HD3P and so i switched to ASRock Z370 Extreme4.
Using G.Skill F4-4133C19D-16GTZC (19 19 19 39) on the old Gigabyte i was limited to DDR4@3866MHz (16 16 16 30)
With ASRock i got a soft boost: DDR4@4133MHz (17 17 17 32)
With nearly the same VCCIO and VCCSA Voltage (1.15V IO and 1.25V SA)
At the moment 4200MHz is possible but not stable (Memtest), think i need to raise the Voltage of VCCIO and VCCSA and maybe VDIMM.
So this build is from 2017 but the ASRock Z370 is brand new...
8700k@5200MHz (VCore 1.328V @ full load, AVX Offset=0, LLC1)
Cuplex Kryos @ Phobya Supernova 1260
G.Skill Trident Z 16GByte @4133MHz (17 17 17 32)
ASRock Z370 Extreme 4
Gigabyte AORUS GTX 1080 Ti (~2025/6118MHz)
Intel SSD 660p 512GB, Samsung 860 1TB, 850 512GB & 750 512GB EVOs
Because of new higher DDR clockrates and some questions about the "Timing Rules" i found that forum.
Best regards
