Looking to possibly maximize my AM4 DDR4 rig with 2 DIMM's vs. 4

My current build is an Aorus X570 Master, 5950X with Trident Z 4x8GB.

Can I benefit from a 2 stick kit, either 32 or 64 GB if 64GB is avail? Not sure how or if better timings can work on my rig but I'm game for a noticeably faster kit.
