  • Almost all of the 64 GB of RAM is used

Good afternoon. I faced a problem that almost all RAM is occupied (44 GB out of 64) while almost all applications are closed.

There is nothing at all in the task manager. No process was found by third-party programs.

It is not clear where and what exactly loads RAM.

After restarting the computer everything is normal, but over time it grows and even through Memery Cleaner or other similar applications I can not clean it (I attach a screenshot from HWInfo and Task Manager)

    What could be the problem?
Reinstalling windows did not help, the problem still remains!
My RAM is G Skill F5-6000J3040G32G

I thought at first that the problem was related to the program, but on my other PCs, everything is fine. And after reinstalling Windows, the problem still remains.
    How it shows itself.
After rebooting everything is normal, but when I start to load RAM, then after about a day of work of the programi will be such values as above on the photo. And I have to reboot the PC again. Is it either cleaning this RAM incorrectly or what? I can't understand. Help. I can't get another RAM to test it.

When and where did you purchase the memory kit? If you would like, you may send them in for warranty exchange to see if a replacement kit can work better.

Also, did you install the memory in slots two and four away from the CPU? Do you have the latest BIOS / UEFI for the motherboard?

the store where I bought it doesn’t provide a replacement kit, maybe you have a service center in Ukraine so I can talk to them?

Submit the RMA request form online and you will be directed to your designated service center.
