Am I the only one with problems with RMA G.skill?
Hi All,
I have an broken Ram stick and applied for RMA in Europe. It got accepted and then 3 weeks have passed. Haven't heard anything anything from them, then I started emailing them I got a message from Taiwan "The RMA process generally takes at least 7-10 business days after we received your package".
But my package has arrived on the 31th of August so I was like 7-10 business days? I am waiting almost a whole month!
Am I the only one with this kind of service?
