I have had non stop issues with the rgb on my ram since the day i got it, there will be months where it is fine and then it will just stop working with no fix then it will work again, but this time it hasnt magically started working like usual
motherboard: rog maximus XII HERO
ram: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB 3200mhz 32gb (2x16)
i have tried uninstalling every rgb software on my pc with revo uninstaller pro then ONLY installing the trident rgb lighting control software, using brand new and older versions, i have tried asus aura sync which is what i have always been using, new and old versions, i have tried asus armory crate and that doesnt even work with my asus board, and other rgb software like gigabite's breaks everything even further
i saw a thread saying i needed to uninstall the broken ENE RGB HAL or what ever that asus installs because its broken and then the trident rgb software installs its own to fix it but i have never seen that show up anywhere
bios is up to date
ram is seated correctly and in the right channels
tried swtiching the sticks and resetting bios
