F3-14900CL9-4GBXL tRFC

Using a eVGA P67 FTW motherboard with G.SKill F3-14900CL9-4GBXL. Can I get the recommended tRFC setting for 1600 and 1866 speed please? If I leave the setting on auto the motherboard picks it up at 128 but I think that might be too high.

You can try lower like 108

I know I can try just about any setting, the question is if the 128 setting is the default factory specification?
