SMART COMMAND FAILED - Gigabyte MB Fix

Using GSkill FM-25S2S-120GBP2 Phoenix Pro SSD with Gigabyte MB EP45-DS3R and was getting SMART COMMAND FAILED message at SATA disk poll in boot sequence. Read somewhere in this forum that Gigabyte had a fix so I emailed GB Tech Support. In just one day I had a return email with a new BIOS vF11g attached. Did a quick BOIS flash and the problem is gone. Thanks Gigabyte and thanks GSkill forum.
