Last week I bought 2 sets of your
G.SKILL Trident 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000)
Desktop Memory Model F3-16000CL9D-4GBTD l
from NewEgg for a total of 8 GB
I installed it into the following system:
MB GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD3R P55 RT
CPU INTEL|CORE I7 860 2.8G
The RAM installed and was read by the motherboard and Windows 7 64 bit
at the default 1333 Mhz setting without any problems.
I then proceeded to change the settings to 2000 Mhz as per the
instructions you listed at:
http://gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=1953
However, Windows 7 crashes and blue screens every time I load it up.
Any ideas or suggestions on what I can do to have it running stable at
the stated 2000 Mhz level?
Thanks
