  • F3-17000CL9D-8GBSR + MSI Z87G45 Gaming + I5 4670k

    Hi,

I've just purchased a new PC config, with the "configomatic" of TopAchat that guarantee 100% compatible Hardware, but I've a problem !

In dual Channel the screen stay off and in single channel everything's okay !!

I've tryed the 2 combinaisons of 2 slot for dual channel, same problem on both.

    I've run a Memtest it's Ok !

I've Flash the bios to the latest version to increase memory compatibility (1.6), same problem...

So I don't know what to do next, any idéa ?

    My config:
    Intel I5 4670K
    MSI Z87 G45 Gaming
    Noctua NH-U12S
    Kit Dual channel DDR3 G.Skill Sniper 2x4Go, PC3-17066,CAS9 (Ref G.Skill: F3-17000CL9D-8GBSR )
SSD Samsung 840 EVO 120Go Sata III
    Xigmatek Midgard II
    Corsair RM750

Are the G.skill Sniper F3-17000CL9D-8GBSR really compatible with the MSI Z87 G45 Gaming ?

Is there something i can do to fix that problem?

If you don't see a way to help me do you think i loose a lot of performance by staying in single channel ? Can you quantify it ?

Thank's in advance for the help !

PS: I'm French so excuse my English !

EDIT: If the RAM isn't comptible can anyone advise me on another model of RAM compatible with the Z87 G45 GAMING and available on this site ( TopAchat )
In the same price range or at least close if possible !!

      Ok I've solved it !

It was 3 pin on the cpu socket of the MB not in line with the other, i've use a razorblade to fix this.
