Unhappy 3 fails in 3 months !

Hello,

I bought a Falcon II 64GB SSD 2 years ago and it suddenly died 3 months ago.
then it has been replaced by the Gskill support by another Falcon II which died some days after being installed.
This one has been replaced 2 and half months ago by a Falcon I which suddenly died also some days ago.

then 3 disks in 3 months ! :-(
I have to mention that I have an other disk in the same tower from the begining which works perfectly fine...

do you have failure statistics about this disk ?
what about the warranty ?
do you plan to send an other disk ?
(I'm afraid to install again the same kind of disk as it is a lot of data and time wasted !)

thanks for your answer.
(I dont have any answer from the last mail to support sent 1 week ago)

regards

ronic

Hi

we don't know about the failure statistics, have to ask the RMA department. if you have problem with the replacement, must contact the RMA department immediately and i believe they will tak care of your case,(the Falcon is 2 year warranty). if over 2 year, the replacement will extend 3 more month warranty automatically.
