  • RGB Control Issue with - 32GB G.Skill Trident Z and ASRock Fatal1ty X370 Professional

    Hello,

as stated above i have the same "Issue" like most of the other users here:

    combination is:

    32GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4-3200 DIMM CL14 Dual Kit
ASRock Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming AMD

    latest Bios installed...

Well none of the ways to control the RGB's do work for me.. neither the AURA nor the GSkill software way.

I can not install the Ram into different slots (A1&B1) since you must use the A2 & B2 to have the termination for this boards. Everything else will result in an unstable system.

Just to let you GSkill devs know which combination also NOT work

I would be happy if you could finally release a betaversion which supports these kind of motherboards - where it is a MUST to have the A2 and B2 slots!

    Thanks

Is your kit listed as AM4/Ryzen compatible by G.Skill, or is it listed on ASRock's QVL for that motherboard?
