I've recently bought a new RAM from G.SKILL that was incompatible with my motherboard (ASUS P7H55-M LX), what 8x2 GB RAM should be compatible?

You board only has two memory slots, so you need a dual kit not a double quad kit of eight modules. Here in the forums the usual recommendation for older setups is G.SKILL F3-10666CL9D-8GBNT, but i have not tested that combination myself.
If you meant 2x8GB instead, i don't know if any of those kits are compatible with LGA1156 in general and your ASUS P7H55-M LX in specific.Team HardwareLUXX | Show off your G.SKILL products!
