  • Preparation of Falcon 64

    I have a Falcon 64 used to store the installed programs files and i am planing to make it a system drive on my laptop. What should i do to prepare it for that ? (i am happy with its firmware prefer not to touch the firmware)

    Hi

    If this is an used drive, will suggest secure erase and re-install the firmware, but if you decide not to touch the firmware, just format the drive and it's ready to go! Don't forget back up your important data during the usage(weekly preferred).

      Yes it is used. It holds the program files of some of my programs installations. I did secure erased + upgrade firmware a year ago (version 2030 i think), installed in there few apps and didn't touch it again (no other writes)
