  • Ripjaws DDR4 for iMac 2017

    Hello everyone.

I was wondering if anyone could confirm if those Ripjaws are compatible with the new iMac 27' 2017?
Here's specification of RAM memory compatibility as given by Apple.
I assume it's not an issue if those are faster right? The 2400MHz would probably be minimum speed requirement, wouldn't it?

As those are SO-DIMM I assume they'd be good, but as I haven't really bought any parts by myself previously I kinda wanted to be certain.

    Would appreciate some help, thanks.

No, Apple computers can only support standard modules, DDR4-2133 C15, possibly DDR4-2400 C16
