At first when i used Extreme Memory Profile (x.m.p.) ......[profile 1] my ocz ssd vertex failed to operate. after calc memory the ahci controller gave me that message : smart command failed.
i think its because of the low ram voltage of the ram (1.25) . what do you think? The lowest setting for memory volts is 1.3 which i don't think i can use it because my ssd fails.

1st) i want to ask if it's safe to run those g.skill (1.25v) at 1.4v
2nd) any imrovements i can make?

    Yes, 1.40V is no problem

Those settings are pretty good, so as long as the system is stable you are ready to go!
