Default F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX and Asus P5GPL-X motherboard

Hi.
I'm looking for ways to upgrade my DDRs. Would like to use F1-3200PHU2-2GBZX. Is it compatible?

In Asus P5GPL-X user guide I found the following phrase: due to chipset limitation, DIMM modules with 128 Mb memory chips or double-sided x16 memory chips are not supported in this motherboard.

Here's the overview of the motherboard:
http://www.superwarehouse.com/Asus_P...GPL-X/p/728091

So:
Moterboard: Asus P5GPL-X
Processor: Pentium 4 3.00GHz

Did a search also, but without any result.

Thanks in advance for Your answer.

Should work just fine, but make sure you can set DRAM Voltage to 2.75V.

Thank you
