Default Program Trident Z RGB Control - It does not work

Hello,


I bought the Trident Z RGB memory
2x 8gb 3000mHz (RGB)


I want to set the color of your program Trident Z RGB Control
And program does not want me to work


In the attachment I send a photo of the error


I Have Motherboard MSI Z170A
Bios + windows + program CAM (from NZXT) memory normally registers.....


My PC is working OK memory Shines with different colors...

Do you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard?

Only one RGB lighting software should be used at a time.

Make sure others are completely stopped and not running in the background, you can verify this in Task Manager. If multiple are in use, it can conflict and cause strange problems. .
