HDTune and SiSoftware Sandra are reporting the temperature reading of this drive as a constant 128C.
That should be melting the case or 3rd degree burns on my hand if accurate, however this SSD runs very cool and is hardly even warm to the touch. A very good thing for laptop users.
I wanted to post a positive review of this SSD as I am very satisfied with it so far but I wanted to verify if this one issue with the SMART temperature monitoring is known about?
Reading the temperature of my hard disks using the same software they are more reasonable 40-45c.
