What CPU do you have?

CL9 is not guaranteed but CL11 is:

That module is 1.50V, so if you are replacing all of the RAM, you can use the newer 1.35V

The other 4GB is Soldered , so I will only be replacing the Defective stick, so your original recommendation of this one is still the correct one?

No, you need this one then since soldered is 1.50V:
