  • My Tridentz lost SPD Ext XMP 2.0

Im using 2 Trident Z bus 3000 8gb x2 but now ol 1 of 2 Trident have XMP 2.0 . How can my Trident has XMP 2.0 again ? I tried reset CMOS, swap slot RAM but still not working

I am very sorry, but SPD of your memory module has been corrupted by either ASUS Aura or G.SKILL LED lightning software. You have to RMA your memory module or flash SPD back.

Yea, before flashing SPD close absolutely all sensor monitoring software running on the background (AIDA64, HWINFO, etc) and make sure you have closed ASUS Aura and G.SKILL RGB Software too.
