yes, we keep checking the software download page, no need to add that again. please just an actual update on the progress for the less than functioning "full RGB" options.

The tilde/hash (~/#) key still does not illuminate in background/single key color mode on the UK KM780 RGB and has now broken the ('/@) key as well! I tried rolling back to 0.87 but the problem persists. All I can type with the ('/@) key is (#/~)!

          Hi DeadMan3000,

To revert back to 0.87 software, please also reflash and downgrade the firmware to match the software. To do so, please see the thread: http://www.gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=13957

Are your team aware of this issue? I am not the only international customer complaining of this problem. Can you tell me if a hotfix is in the works? I have worked around the problem by remapping the keys but I really am shocked that this was not picked up during development. Your development team seem incapable of programming the keyboard firmware to include correct international character sets and also incapable of illuminating the keys correctly on international layouts.

Please can you let us know what is being done to address this.

I understand errors can happen from time to time. What makes the difference is how errors are handled. The only fix given so far by G.Skill is going back to a previous firmware. Beyond that, the international customers do not know what to expect, if a revised FW is coming soon or not coming at all until the next big SW/FW revision. Some information would be really appreciated

We are making changes to the software since your feedback on the forums. The fixed version is being written right now and should be released this coming week.

We are truly sorry that this major update contained an error for the EU language layout keyboards. Our team has identified the problem and will be editing the software logic to prevent similar issues from happening in the future.

Please let them know we are still waiting for a fix on the (#/~) LED not lighting up in single color mode on the UK layout as well. It's not just a messed up international layout.

                  Thanks.

                    + international layout broken
+ Firmware 100 let my "page down" button flashing all the time as soon as my computer goes into standby. Even when I shut down the computer the key is still flashing too

                        it's working now

But in my case after install and firmware update the layout didn't change, I had to do a restore default settings manually in the software to get the layout work .

                        Good Job

LOL, just updated my keyboard and found out that the Mode and Media keys were RGB all along!
Why wasn't this implemented in prior releases?

                            Surprise! XD

The unofficial answer would be that our memory RD team found a way to overclock the LED lights so that the Red LED can produce a higher frequency light wave to produce higher frequency colors (think rainbow; and red is the lowest frequency of the visible spectrum). Due to this new way of overclocking LED, it's taken us a while to implement this method into our software.
