To be fair jmicron is the real problem with this generations drives and every drive besides Intel uses them. Thats the whole reason some of us are running them off full hardware RAID controllers.

Be fair..?? Why When I sell a customer a product I have to define what it does and what it doesnt do. The fact that Gskill can distribute/manufacture a product that they cant support is entirely their fault. Sad really, I wanted this to work, the price is right, The potential their but it doesnt just work out of the BOX like a HDD replacement should.
Nuff said, got my RMA which isnt really what I wanted but since it is a non-returnable item I will hafta sell it on CL.

Gee, wonder how far GSkill has gotten with their promised testing. They don't really seem to know much about SSDs in the first place...odd since they 'make' them.Comment
