Default G. Skill Phoenix Blade Windows 8.1 install

I want to help others who may see the same issue I solved.

After installing the G. Skill Phoenix Blade driver, the disk is still in the disk drive. The drive has been partitioned (new).

Windows sees the drive, but will not install on the drive.
Error message:
Windows can't be installed on the drive 0 partition two (show details)

What Windows does not tell you is that you need to put the windows disk back in at this point. Put the Windows disk back in and it installs properly.

Thank you Microsoft for poor beta testing.
