Trident Z RGB 1 stick only lights up blue/white

I Just finished building a new system and 1 of my 4 ram slots only lights up with a light blue/white color the other 3 work in default rainbow mode and can be adjusted with the gskill software for color/effect. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is it software or hardware related?

Ryzen 7 1700x
Asus Crosshair hero 6 x370

I have an 1800x Ryzen on MSI x370 and it does not work either. Is the ram rgb lights software that does not work. I have tried everything and nothing. Three RMA and still does not work.
