2 kits F4-3200C14D-16GFX vs MSI X370 XPOWER GAMING TITANIUM

    Dear G.Skill Support,

I really need your help. I have the configuration of my signature. Works perfectly and steadily at 3200MHz. However, I needed more memory to do my work
*with virtualization and I bought another F4-3200C14D-16GFX kit. However, it does not work on 3200 and 2933Mhz. At 2933MHz works, but it gets very unstable, the system slows down and sometimes crashed. Also introduced the F9 code at system boot. I've even been in contact with MSI about this problem. I was disappointed with this because my purchase was based on this link https://www.gskill.com/en/press/view...-for-amd-ryzen. My memories are FLARE X and the setting did not work. And in the same link you put 4 memories of 16GB in a total configuration of 64GB. It pushed me to buy the memories.

I wanted to know if you guys would have any tips to fix this problem, because I need these memories working and I do not have the money to buy new kits.

I ran a new test putting them all at 2400MHz. When it was in the windows boot, it rebooted.

I returned for only 2x8GB of this kit. I'm very unhappy about this. Really.

2 kits are not guaranteed to work together, which is why we produce complete kits that have been pre-matched and tested from factory to run at full rated speeds.

        Dear,

But, did you see that the following site induces the client to think so? And, I have not found memory kits from this 32GB manufacturer for Ryzen. In the application of configuration of the site are only indicated 1 kit of memory that I own. Apparently I'll have to get rid of the kits and look at another manufacturer. It is a pity.

I only had a loss on the investment.

There is not an AMD motherboard and CPU combination capable of it that's why it is not available.

Memory kits are sold in sets for a reason, otherwise we would sell single modules and people can purchase as many as they need.
