RAM Upgrade need help

I am looking to upgrade my RAM capacity by buying new sticks.
My specs:
Intel Core i5-750
DFI LanParty DK P55 t3eh9
Zalman CNPS10X Fle
G.Skill 4GB (2x2GB) 1600MHz CL9 ECO
OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W
Radeon HD 7870 DC2 2GD5

4GB RAM is just enough or a little too low for modern pc games and I think that buying 2x4GB or 1x8GB can improve my gaming experience.

What do you think and propose for this setup?

Definitely 2 x 4GB would be a nice upgrade for gaming.

Why mess with Latency? My are 9-9-9-24 those eco's 7-7-7-24.
Ares isn't better?
Or maybe 1 stick 8GB?

I bought ripjawsX blue CL9 1600 2x4GB and they are doing great atm. They totally works with me Eco's so I got 12GB now.
