Default Incorrect clock speed on GA-990FX-Gaming,F3-2133C10D-16GAB, AMD 8350

Hoping to get some answers about setting up my new Gigabyte motherboard
GA-990FX-Gaming and 32 gb of Ares G.Skill memory, F3-2133C10D-16GAB. It only clocks at 1333, even with XMP.
I have an AMD 8350 black edition processor.

Testing with one set shows correctly, However even dropping to a lower clock such as 1866 with both sets fails to post.

Did you increase CPU-NB Voltage?

Have you tried one module at a time to see if one stick can perform properly?
