No device detected

I just bought a new ripjaws km780mx keyboard. It works fine, but I can't install the universal driver; it says no device detected. I have an Asus p6x58d-e motherboard. usbview shows the added device when I plug it in (see attached doc). Any help would be appreciated, I don't want to return this.

Also I can find no reference to the G/S switch on keyboard. I tried both settings. What does it do?

Gskill tech support pointed out my error. I had the rgb keyboard but was using the mx software. problem solved.
